"My husband and I were looking to replace my car as mine was 10 years old. We went to this dealership (about an 80 minute drive) because of their reputation. Other Subaru dealerships nearby I haven't heard great things so we decided to make the trip down there just to look at what they had. As soon as we arrived Ken had greeted us and our children. As soon as we pulled up Ken knew all about the current Subaru I was driving which was comforting to know how much he knows about Subaru's. There was even a room for where our kids could hang out, color, watch TV while we talked car business. The best part is that our whole family got to test drive the car we wanted by ourselves, which most dealerships would not allow you to do that. The vibe at this place was great, and they are right on top of customer service.
