We have implemented a number measures to ensure the highest level of safety and comfort for you and our employees during your service visit. These measures and services include:

  • Pick up service - We will come pick up your vehicle and drop it back off after service.
  • Free loaner vehicle - If you need a vehicle during your service we will provide a free loaner that has been fully sanitized before use.
  • Key drop off - To minimize contact drop your keys, day or night, before your next scheduled service.
  • Curbside pickup - Call and pay for your service over the phone, let us know you are here and we will leave your vehicle outside for pickup at your convenience.
  • Waiting room precautions - We have removed some seating from our waiting rooms and made sure that seating is a minimum of 6 feet apart and we are continually sanitizing all major touch points in our service lobby and waiting rooms.
  • Service Write Up - We have placed markers on the floor to ensure anyone waiting in line to work with their service advisor is 6 feet apart from other clients.
  • Food and beverage service - At this time to minimize touch points we have discontinued any food and beverage service in our service department.
  • Shuttles - Our service shuttle is still running and we are sanitizing all touch points after each route.
