We were heading back home to Connecticut from Stoddard when our engine light came on so we stopped at your dealership. I purchased my second Subaru from Subaru of Keene this past summer. This Friday I have scheduled the first recommended service visit for this vehicle.
While we all know Subaru's all wheel drive vehicles are one of the best choices for New England drivers-the primary reason I am driving another new Subaru is your Service Manager, Dale Peloquin.
Once a car is purchased the buyer's contacts remain in the Service Department. I've dealt with many Service Departments over the years and Dale's department has been the best. Dale makes car maintenance a pleasant experience by being honest, humorous, informative, easy going, consistent and helpful. He'll rectify any mistakes made and always provides the information a consumer needs to make decisions concerning their cars.
