"I have been very pleased with Subaru's since 2000. That is when I met Dale Peloquin at the Keene NH dealership. He now fills the position of Service Manager, I believe, because of his wonderful technique with people. He shows compassion to everyone and always goes the extra mile. It seems the service attendants who work with him are taking Dale's example personally. There is a 'clean' atmosphere with respectful people who do their very best to make costly car repairs and maintenance not hurt so much. I think Dale should be commended for his efforts to make service visits for older ladies and gentlemen much easier without so much stress. I have told him I appreciate him but it would be nice if the guy got an 'Atta boy' from the higher ups. If there were ever to be a commercial about Subaru's great service, my slogan would definitely be, "Do it Dale's way." Thanks for your time," Donna Rathburn
