I want to thank you and your staff for the gentle support that you provided in helping me select my 2009 Outback. I had done all of the research prior to entering your showroom, reading Consumer Report, test driving a number of cars, reading on-line reviews, and price-shopping through various local and regional newspapers. When all was said and done, the toss-up was easily between the Subaru Forester and the Outback.

Subarus are excellent cars, but what sold me on my purchase was the relaxed, family-centered atmosphere of your dealership. Your salesman (Curt Finnamore) helped me to decide between my two choices by simply identifying the pluses that both cars had to offer. There was no “hard sell”; rather he listened to what I needed and identified how each car met my individual selection criteria. Your salesman (and you) spent an amazing amount of time, during a busy evening, talking to my thirteen -year -old granddaughter who accompanied me. When you noticed the picture of a Labrador Retriever on my sweatshirt (Charlie Dog, one of the great loves of my life), you immediately went into your cubicle and came out with two Subaru Pet T-shirts, one in a small for my granddaughter’s Pug and an Extra Large for me to take home for Charlie!

It is rare that I enjoy the car-shopping experience.
